HOW IS "CAMINOASANTIAGO.COM" CREATED?

The Caminoasantiago.com site is a combination of Internet facilities, digital photographs and videotape, software specifically designed for the purpose, and, most of all, an enthusiastic team of participating professionals. This happy mixture, and Carlos' dedication and commitment to community services, have succeeded in bringing about a source of information that will be of great use to pilgrims.

Caminoasantiago.com may be updated from any cyber facility. Travel journals, photographs and videos may be easily uploaded. More demanding data, such as panoramic photographs and documentary-style materials may be processed at the home base while pausing between one Camino route and another.

Besides maintaining the caminoasantiago.com site, Carlos will be featured in weekly radio talks about the Camino in the Radio programs Carretera y Manta at Com Radio and Al Sur de la semana from COPE.

The standard software is from Adobe.
The proprietary software was designed by Tarsis.
The educational games were created by Sailgroup.

The photographs were shot with an Olympusmju400 rain resistant digital cameral.
The videos were taken with a MiniDV Sony camera, model DCR-TRV80camcorder.
Editing and documentary production were made by Egramedia.

Publicity and Public Relations were undertaken by BRAND Comunicacion.

The boots designed to withstand one and a half million steps, over one
thousand two hundred kilometers, were made by Panamá Jack.

Appreciation needs to be expressed to the bookstores Deviaje in Madrid and Altair in Barcelona for the use of their conference rooms during the launching
of this enterprise.

Lastly, Rosina is due thanks for its translation of the written material into english and Marco for its translation of the written material into Dutch.

Ultreia to all.
